*Additional hours may be added at a cost of $500 per hour*

Payment Policies

1. A 50% non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure event date (non-refundable in the event of cancellation.) A security deposit of $1000 must accompany the reservation deposit.
2. Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to event. No bill or notice will be sent. Security deposits will be returned within 30 days after event, subject to the condition of property upon close of event.
3. Resident discount applies only to residents of Easttown Township, who are the sole party(s) responsible for contract and payment of facility, musicians or DJs.
4. For weddings, the resident discount will apply only to the bride, groom or their respective parents who reside in Easttown Township.
5. A 20% discount will be offered to a bride or groom on active duty in the United Stated Armed Forces. Discount will be applied to the corresponding resident or non-resident rate. A current ID will be required.
6. A qualified Easttown Township I.R.C. Section 501(c)(3) organization may apply for a discount from the applicable residential rate.
7. All checks should be made out to Perfect Setting Catering.
